  • Documented the inventory of culture cells and solvents weekly while adhering to aseptic techniques

  • Created cell culture media and performed simple replication experiments with yeast colonies that had 100+ count

  • Centrifuged yeast DNA cultures twice to separate strands and then mixed with dye for testing
